TOP TIPS FOR WINTER READY SKIN

Beauty Tips for Winter SkinWinter has arrived! The air is frigid and dry outside, your skin’s protective barrier cracks, you feel uncomfortable dryness to the skin of your face, hands, and feet. To have dewy skin that’s immune to the effects of icy temps, I have some skincare tips I want to share with you today!

1.) Estée Lauder New Dimension Shape – is the new solution for everyone who desires a more “shapely” face. After six daily applications, I noticed more definition and volume on my cheekbones (where I applied the serum). New Dimension tackles facial shape definition and contours by improving skin structure and providing visible volume – so that your complexion looks plumper while your contours look better defined. Another great serum of Estée Lauder.

2.) Facial Scrubs – I know this is not new news, but it’s the “A and O” of this process. Exfoliating is the easiest way to remove dead skin and to prepare your face for moisture treatment. If you don’t have any peeling at your home, make yourself one! Mix sugar with few drops of olive oil and lemon, gently peel your skin and rinse with lukewarm water. (1-2x a week)

3.) Face Steaming – Wash your face with a cleanser. Grab a pot with hot water, add essential oils or herbs (chamomile, mint and eucalyptus are my favourite) and let steam your face with a towel over your head about 10 minutes. It’s an easy natural way to give yourself a facial at home, and it won’t cost you a penny! (1x in two weeks)

4.) Avéne Cold Cream – super, super hydrating! I’ve been really loving the extra hydration offered by Avene’s Cold Cream. The skin feels pleasantly fresh and immediately moisturized. The perfect partner for skiing (or other sports) winter holidays!

5.) Carmex Lip Balm – my all time favourite lip balm choice over many years! This lip care is the reason why I’ve never had problems with dry lips. I never leave home without this lip care product! I have also one Carmex on my bedside table, to moisture my lips before going to sleep.

6.) Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair – the best skin cocktail serum ever! Usually skin care products need a little time before they start showing visible results, but this baby showed already results after the fist use! I love to use it after cleaning my face and before me night cream. In the morning, I feel “fresh-faced”, the skin looks more fuller and healthier. Oh, and I love products with a dropper! They are more hygienic to use and it makes very easy to get the right amount of a product. The sooner you start adding anti-aging products to your regimen, the better off your skin will be long-term.

Maybe you should make this your new skincaremantra and you wan’t have to fight with dry skin anymore…

7.) MOROCCANOIL Hair Treatment – Oils are definitely my must have during winter season. Especially when it comes to my hair! A lot of friends ask me what I do for my healthy waves. I’m using argan oil on the lengths and ends of my towel-dried hair or dry hair, when I just want to make my waves looking careless and untidy. The smell is so amazing, has definitely a touch of luxury to it and putting it on my hair is a real treat. I know it’s expensive but it’s a good investment. You’ll gonna love it!
